I have an 80 minute wave file, 44.1/16 bit. I'm using SF10 in XP. I raised the volume and then invoked the "Undo" feature and got an error message: "An error occurred during an edit operation An unexpected error has occurred ". I'd appreciate any help. |

I believe this to be a bug related to "Strange Delete Behavior" post. The same thing happens on ALL undo functions after the 'no delete function' occurs. Luckily a work-around is easy: Copy-paste to a 'known' working file and Save-as. Hopefully Peter or someone at SCS can look into this. Message last edited on12/2/2009 5:18:51 PM byrraud. |

I broke my file into 2 smaller pieces and the problem went away. When I joined them back together the problem comes back, so maybe the workaround (pasting your problem file into a new one that doesn't have the "No delete" error) isn't perfect? Maybe the error occurs with files of a certain size? |
