Normally I do them in ProTools on another computer and use a thumb drive to transfer. (I use a dedicated computer for Audio in the studio and another for Vegas editing and authoring.) I have to go on the road for an editing session and I don't want to take both computers.... thus the idea for using Sound Forge 9.0 that came with the Vegas MS Platinum I recently purchased. Is there a way to hear what is being recorded as it is recording? I only see where a person "monitors" the meters in record mode. where is the "enable audio input monitoring"? HELP!
