Subject:AP7 crashes on Record

This has happend to me on two completely different computers, both powerful machines with very little else loaded. I keep getting the rewire.dll verify failure messege. installed update from propellerheads, same problem. Tried renaming the .dll in acid to .old. no good. I can't get any work done and I'm getting pissed off.

The rewire msg doesn't mean anything. You might see this msg anytime ACID crashes internally. They problem and the msg are rarely related directly.

Can you provide more details as to what you are doing prior to the crash?

Does it always happen? (Start ACID, New project, Add Audio Track, arm and record or is more "setup" required?)

How many tracks are in your project?
How many tracks are your recording to?
Are you using ASIO drivers in ACID?
Are you recording directly from an input to a track or are you using Input buses?
How is your mixer routed?
When you crash, do you get a dialog indicating any crash/dump information?

The more information you can provide, the better you can help me to solve the problem.
