Will ACID ever be a 64-bit application?

like this one...

If not then I will be the newest user of Studio One..... the demo alone is very impressive.

What do you hope to gain by ACID being 64-bit? What will you be able to do in 64-bit ACID that you can't do now?

At the Namm show earlier this year the Presonus demonstrator was trying to get a whole group of us to hear the difference using the 64 audio processing. Most of us agree that listening to the tracks 'INDIVIDUALLY' you can tell a difference in the effects (that's if you really really were listening). But, when it came to multiple tracks running in the 64 audio processing at once...we couldn't tell the difference.

And going further,When i used the Studio One Pro 64bit demo, CPU usage was very high.

I'll stick with ACID PRO 7, gets the job done nicely.
