Subject:SF4.5 vs. SF5.0 - Normalize has Different Results !!?

When "use equal loudness contour" is selected in RMS
normalize, different levels are measured in SF 5.0 and SF
4.5.

This is either a bug or no longer Fletcher/Munson
(which was said to be used in SF 4.5)

Please provide details about what has changed.
