Subject:Templates - Importing from previous versions?

Is there a way to import my SoundForge 8.0 templates into SoundForge 10 Pro? I checked the help, and it only gives instructions for transporting between users or computers, not versions. The SF 8 templates have the extension ".sft" whereas SF10 templates have the extension ".sft2".

Could it be as simple as changing the file extension?
