I want to record a second track and to monitor the first
one as well. How can I listen to my previous recorded track
while recording the second one?

Raul,

The operation you're asking to try is not possible with
Sound Forge. It's not a multi-tracking program. For an
operation such as that, you'll need either Vegas or ACID 3.
