thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

i was able to find a way to enter my serial number, but i still don't have most of my plug-ins.

i was thinking maybe that i accidentally erased a program which enabled the other plug-ins? i have the acid express plug-ins (not very high quality), but all the rest are still gone.
