The subject pretty much totally describes my problem. I'm using 7.0 and have been for months. I'm chopping up a foreign language file for import into another application, and have been doing so for months. Suddenly today, SPORADICALLY if I hit "Enter" and place a marker, suddenly there is no signal and no volume. I can rewind and the file plays. But if I hit ENTER and place a marker again, no signal. Weird thing. Anybody have any ideas? |

I still could use some advice, but... It looks like it is just this one mp3 file I'm having trouble with--so maybe there's some corruption in the file. Everything works fine on other files. Anyone ever run across this? |

Could be an audio buffer problem, which drivers are you using in Sound Forge? Generally speaking, ASIO drivers demonstrate the fewest memory problems. Message last edited on10/16/2009 4:22:13 PM bymusicvid10. |
