Subject:Sound Forge 5 will not install on Vista

Hi Hope someone can help here. I recently upgraded to a new PC with Vista, but when I install Sound Forge 5.0 it will not accept the serial number and claims it is invalid. I have checked several times and the same thing happens. It works fine on the old PC running XP. Any ideas what I can do? Thanks, Nalin |

You need to contact customer service and provide your SF5 serial number. They may just do something "nice" for you! |

Soundforge 5 way predates Vista that I don't think you'll ever get it running. maybe it's time to get SF10. Jack |
