Is there a way to set up a toolbar button that will execute a specific jscript?

Yes.

1) Tools->Scripting->Open Script Menu Folder
2) paste a copy of the script into that folder
3) Tools->Scripting->Rescan Script Menu Folder

At this point, you can select the scripts directly from the bottom of the Tools->Scripting menu. Additionally, there will be toolbar buttons for them that you can add to any toolbar via View->Toolbars:Customize.
