I'm assuming you bought an original MCU as opposed to the current MCU Pro?

I have the MCU Pro and purchased a Vegas/Acid overlay directly from Mackie. There may be some templates available for download but I'm not aware of them.

You should visit this site and consider the upgrade to make yours a MCU.

Mackie Control Universal Upgrade Center

I don't know exactly what model you have, and it may just be a simple firmware download/upgrade.

NOTE: You should use a tool like MIDI Ox to send the firmware update to your MC. They way ACID does SYSEX could cause problems.

Did you try ACID's Mackie Control driver? We officially don't support the older firmwares, but it may work - at least in a limited way.

You will only be able to minimal mappings using the Generic Driver.

Care to offer any details?

Did you use the MCU driver? Did you update the firmware of your Mackie?

Thanks
