Subject:Installing Upgrade to 5.0

Anybody know if we're supposed to remove 4.5 before
upgrading to 5.0? Or install it right over it? Or does it
just add 5.0 in addition to the drive?

The directions don't indicate anything.

You can have both versions installed. Sound Forge 5.0 will
not overwrite version 4.5.
