OverwriteAudio - Specified Method is not Supported -Sound Forge - Scripting

We developed a C# VS.Net 2005 application using the trial version of Sound Forge 9.0. Everything worked as it should until we applied a license after the 30 day trial. Once the license was applied, the application encountered an error when invoking the ISfFileHost.OverwriteAudio method. The error is, "Specified Method is not supported." There are no compile time errors and this is only encountered during run time. Has anyone encountered something similar?
