What exactly does the new version bring to the table - can someone convince me that the upgrade is a vital purchase? Not clear from the advertising at all. Message last edited on9/12/2009 1:56:06 PM byfunkycornwall. |

I don't know... this seems fairly obvious to me: http://sony-812.vo.llnwd.net/dspcdn/releasenotes/soundforgepro10_readme_enu.htm#WhatsNew Plus the exciter and stereo imager added to the iZotope mastering effects bundle. Plus the élastique Timestretch. Message last edited on9/5/2009 4:22:03 AM bySteven Myers. |

Thanks for that - I am not bothered about the Timestretch and I already have Ozone 4 so I don't think I will upgrade from SF9. I never received any upgrade offers but I believe it is around $149 for UK users which seems mighty steep for what is on offer. |
