HELP!! Problems entering serial number XP 4.5b -Sound Forge - PC

The number I have is 16 digits long, the boxes for the serial number will only hold 11. I've tried tech support twice and they tell me to change the font (even emailed me the font). However, this does not work! When the registration form comes up my name is automatically entered in the standard font and it will not let me change that font. I've even tried cutting and pasting. The serial number boxes will not hold the 16 digit number. Can anyone help? Thanks!!
