Subject:Normalize problem

For some reason sometimes the Normalize function doesn't
work correctly, causing way too loud peaks (clipping).
Normalize is one of the functions I use most, so it really
has to work well. Is this a known bug? Where can I download
the SF updates (is there one available for SF 5.0 already)?

Perhaps I should, but my experience is that you get
information a lot quicker via forums than from service
desks.
