Subject:Import from Vegas

I have a client with and OLD version of Vegas -- 2.0. the old Sonic Foundry version.
I would like to take the audio from one of her projects, and use it in Acid. I don't need to take all the automation, though that would be nice.
that version will not render separate WAV files.

Can Acid 6 import a Vegas VEG file? ... they are soooo similar in appearance. Any thoughts? Suggestions?
