Subject:SoundForge 5 MP3 Save AS

When I select MP3 file type in the SAVE AS window I can
only compress up to 56kbps. Is this a restriction of
SoundForge or a restriction of my DirectX MP3 codec? If
the latter, how do I get a codec that will allow 128kbps
MP3 or higher compresssion?
