Subject:C# Express or VS 2003?

Will the freebie version of C# work with SF9 or do I need the full blown VS Studio 2003 software? If Express does work are there any significant limitations with it?

Yes you can, but there is a small fix you have to do in order to debug.

Have a look at this thread.

In fact, the Vegas scripting forum in general will probably be a good resource for you.
