I upgraded to SF 5.0 and can't use CDA, my SCSI burner is fired and now I'm using an Ide cd burner, I can create tracks at once, but I can't use CDA because it doesnt recognize my ide burner, and of course I have no more all the power features in CDA in this simple utility in SF 5.0 How can I make a single file and insert tracks like in my beloved CDA? Hey Sonic foundry are working in this? |

In CDA, set the "drive type" as "ATAPI MMC Compatible". Then simply find the controller and drive in the next two entries. It should work. -S |

What OS are you running under with the IDE-Burner and CDA? Windows2000? Do you have a Motherboard with Intel 810, 815 or 820 Chipset in that box? Are you by change using the INTEL Ultra-ATA Busmaster Driver for those Chipsets? |
