Subject:how to open an menu item from fx favourites

hello there,

i'm new to scripting in sf, could you please help me?
we'd like to select an item from the FX Favourites menu in SF8 - so that we do not need to use the mouse to select and click on the menu bar.

is this possible?
anyone?
