Subject:Acid Display question

Every time I see a picture of Acid, it shows the painted
tracks appearing as waveforms. On my pc, the tracks only
appear as solid colored strips. This makes it especially
hard to edit. I need to zoom in really close to see the
waveform. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help!

Demo:

Move your cursor to one end of the scroll bar directly
underneath the active display until you see small
directional arrows pointing to the left and right. Left
click and hold, then move your mouse to the left or right a
bit. You will notice that the displayed tracks stretch and
magnify, allowing you as much detail as you need to edit
the waveform.
