Subject:SF 5.0 crashes Rundll32 and OLE.

1. When launching 5.0, on the "Scanning for DX plugs" it
crashes Rundll32.exe and the OLE mainthread, EVERY time.
Closing them with Task Manager on Norton CrashGuard runs
5.0 ok.
2. The "Save" and "Save As" windows always show 0.0 MB Free
Space.
Any one can help?

Try disabling Norton Crash Guard and see if these problems
still occur. Running crash guard or anti-virus software
while running our programs has been known to cause
problems. Sound Forge has a form of crash protection built
in anyway.

Besides that, I found that the only time my system was
constantly crashing was after I installed Norton Crash
guard. This must be a marking genious...Fix the problem
that you create, so that it looks like it's doing you a
favor.

I have the same problem...
And after SF5 (or vegas) lauched, no DX plugin are
recognized.

Are you disabling the McAfee antivirus before you run Sound
Forge?
