different tracks but its all in one mix, how do i do that?

There is no way to do this in Sound Forge. You would have
to import the individual songs into a CD burning program to
burn them as individual tracks.

Options in order of preference.
Option 1: Use CD Architect
Option 2: Use Nero by Ahead Software, very similar to CD
architect dropping marker options.
Option 3: Make a selection in Soundforge wave file of
Track 1. Drag that out of the window, it will create a new
window with just that selection. Save that window as Track
1 and close it out. Now goto the "special" menu and select
the "Toggle selection" item, it will take the cursor to the
end of your last selection. Now make a new selection
starting from there and drag that out of the window and
save that as Track 2....keep doing this. This will allow
you to make seperate wave files of each track without any
breaks. Now open up whatever CDr software program you have
and make sure that the spacing between audio tracks is 0
seconds and place these individual wave files in the order
they belong. Burn away.
