reactivate previewing wont work, it is checked in
preferences, i still have to manually stop then preview when
i make changes

ive tried reinstalling, replacing my config files, doesnt
work, it does work randomly when i turn view desktop as
webpage off or on in windows desktop properties

anybody have a guess as to why it wont work? editing can be
very annoying without it

Hi AvP,

Sound Forge allows you to create MIDI key bindings. I'm not
sure if that's what you're asking. Just go to Options>MIDI
Triggers. You can control many of the Sound Forge functions
via MIDI.

Scott

for wave editing, changing the pitch, volume, using a effect
like flanger, etc, when you preview changes are suppose to
be heard without stopping then previewing again

is there a key shortcut that stops and starts previewing? i
know esc stops play, i havent found a key that starts the
preview again

Hi AvP,

When you are inside a processing or effect dialog box (such
as Reverb), just press the P key on your computer keyboard
to both start and stop the preview playback.

Best,
Scott
