Subject:Plugins Unregistered in Acid Pro 7

I installed Acid Pro 7 on one of my computers, Windows XP Home, and it was fine. I now installed it on a different computer, Windows XP Media Center Edition 2002 Service Pack 3, and it is installed, but I am having problems with the plugins. Everything else works fine, but the plugins do not come up in the plugin manager. In the sample project that loads up, the plugins did work, but they were listed as UNREGISTERED. The first time I ran Acid Pro 7, an error had come up, saying that acid70k.dll had failed, named "Sony_Grovel_Event." The same problem happens with Sound Forge XP Studio 5 and Acid Dj 3. I dragged all the plugin dlls into Acid Pro, but nothing happened. I have no idea what to do.
