I'm not having any luck in arming any of the audio tracks in VP9, for recording, using a mic plugged into my PC....

VP8 works fine & that's what I used, as I have it still loaded... but in VP9, the audio arming button was greyed out...
I'm just wondering if anybody else has tried to use this function, & gotten it to work in VP9....

PS.... I'm using Vista32, both VP8 & 9 are 32

Works fine for me. Vegas 9 under XP Home.

You may need to select the proper audio device under Options > Preferences > Audio Device. Until you've selected a valid and operational device, the Arm for Record button will not be enabled.

As I said, VP8 works fine doing this... VP9 has the same settings as you suggested, & the audio track arm buttons are all grayed out.... puzzling
