I tried to load a vst plug-in and had problems with it's synchrosoft key [how I hate that dongle] so unistalled it... now when i try to run acid 7.0 it sticks on the spash screen as it is looking for the deleted plug-in...grrrr Can you load the program cleanly - without it scanning the plug-in folders...?! It would be helpful if you could..... |

What plug-in? ACID would not report trying to scan a plug-in that no longer is installed. Are you sure it is not still located in your VST plug-in directory? Did you uninstall the Syncrosoft key and the plug-in? Merely removing the Syncrosoft key will not prevent ACID from scanning the plug-in. You SHOULD get a warning from the Syncrosoft code in the plug-in. Are you sure that a warning dialog is not hidden behind the start up splash screen of ACID?
