Subject:Zoom Level

Am I missing something horrendously obvious? I'd like to
be able to zoom in further than what seems to be the
maximum zoom level of 1:1 (for editing pops, etc.) Can
this be done?

No, it cannot be done. In Sound Forge, 1:1 is the maximum
zoom level. Clicks and pops should be visible before you
even zoom in this far.
