Subject:ACID won´t playback .wav-files

When I attempt to install ACID pro 2 I get the message,
that both "microsoft common controls 4.0 or later"
and "microsoft HTML help system 1.21 or later" are missing
and required. Well, I searched the entire microsoft-site,
but these are not available... When I ignore this, and
install anyway, ACID says that it cannot playback .wav-
files!! Allthough Windows and even SoundForge play them!
Please help me find these win-components or tell me how
to "fix" ACID... God, how I´d like to use this prog...
