Subject:Redording project

This is regarding recording and have the project still in
the background. I know the most obviouse issue is the
mixer settings for the sound card and Ive done every
possible variation I could. I used to be able to play the
project in the background and it wouldnt be in the
recording, now it does it again and I thought I did it from
inside the program. Isnt there any setting for this
problem?
