Subject:resample bug in 5.0

I attempted to resample a file (opened in place) from
48.0kHz to 44.1kHz. Although it did resample, SF5 didn't
mark the file as 44.1 so it played "fast"

attempts to simply mark the file as 44.1kHz also failed.

eventually, I selected "resample" with "mark only" and then
did a "save as" to another file, which finally marked the
file with the correct sample rate
