Subject:Automated Title Script?

Has anyone authored a script to batch (50-60) create titles from a text file. Each title inside of its own veg file of the same name. This need has come up for me with the production workglow of Sonys new Production Assistant. My bottleneck is creating a title by itself into a .veg and saving it as the same name as the title text.
