Just bought ap7 and once downloading of guitar combos completed my AV picked it up as....."a variant of win32/packed Themida - potentially unwanted program" Does ap7 guitar combos downloaded from Sony have the all clear? I know Eset Nod has been flagging legitimate applications that use Themida, that's because malware also uses Themida to hide itself from AV apps, but I've seen nothing with regard to ap7 guitar combos. I had to reinstall OS recently due to a virus, so I am now paranoid. Any one understand what I'm on about? |

It's a known false-positive in this case. You'll be fine if you're downloading it from Sony. |

ESET treats it as it is, spyware. It's catching more and more of these in new program downloads. It's not a false positive because it just a part of marketing to find out what and where you are going in this decrepit deserved economy. Really surprised at the paranoia of the people making these products. Some of them I would not use if they were free, much less pirate it. |
