Change first beat of a bar in middle of project -ACID Product Family

Subject:Change first beat of a bar in middle of project Posted by: technicaltitch Date:6/5/2009 11:59:55 AM I have a cut up section in my project that deliberately shifts the first beat of the bar - the section starts on bar 209.1 and finishes on bat 212.1.384, at which point a new bar starts. Is there any way for ACID to recognise this change so I can still use the snapping functionality when pasting clips (without zooming right in)? I thought a time signature change at bar 212.1.384 would do it, but it just snaps to 212.1. It's only an inconvenience, and probably a pretty rare requirement, but posting just in case there is a means. Thanks, Chris PS. When I set the tempo change, it extended the clips at that point ad-infinitum, and even after a swift Undo the project was 15 hours long. However restarting ACID fixed that problem.
