All the clips became shaded, even though the MIDI ones can't be (and weren't) muted. I can only un-shade them by selecting an audio clip at the same time then un-muting them. If this is a bug, the fix to not shade MIDI clips should be fairly easy, however I'd love even more if you could add mute capabilities to MIDI clips (although I suspect this is somewhat more complex!
