Subject:5.0 Doesn't even recognize my drive!!!

I downloaded the latest from sonic foundry & it doesn't
recognize my plextor cd-writer 12/10/32a. Do we already
need an update? The system is a pentium 4 1.3. Even without
any other cd writing software on my computer still doesn't
help. Any ideas???
