Hi, I'm just wondering if it will cost anything to upgrade
to Soundforge 5 from 4.5?

It's $99 no matter what version you have... 3.0, 4.0, 4.5...

Upgrade? I believe it will only cost you $99 to downgrade
to SF 5.0 from 4.5

I see that SF has a release version of Sound Forge for
sale, but I don't see any 4.5 to 5.0 upgrade (or downgrade
for those of you who see it that way. Any one know if an
upgrade option is available anywhere?

For $100 upgrade, I would be a buyer of 5.0, but if Sonic
Foundry doesn't provide that option and I have to shell out
$350 to $450 I'll leave Sound Forge and start looking
elsewhere for an editor.
