Subject:XP4.5 Previous Installation Directory

Anyone familiar with knowledgebase error #1075: Troubleshooting Errors: "Unable to determine
previous installation's directory"? I had an unsuccessful installation of XP 4.5. Tried to re-install and
got this message. SF says to contact Tech Support for instructions, but if anyone else has a
suggestion, I'd like to hear it!

Please contact tech support and we can send you some inf
files that will automatically remove all Sound Forge XP
registry keys. The e-mail address is
