Just loaded 09

Did some messing with glint, star and rays on keyed alpha channels…looks good
Noticed [match event length] for external generators ..nice

On new transition….great…. used the same image as a height map on the transition…looks good
Maybe we can use video clip as well moving forward

Just had to say SHOT and Thanks

The best NLE just got better

All of the criticisms aside, I am REALLY liking V9, I've only worked with V8 once since installing V9, it is doing everything very well, including HDV capture from a Canon XH-A1, previous versions would not do that.

My very favorite 9.0 feature: the ability to see whether the auto-ripple button is on or off, thanks to the darker background.

Yes, I agree that Version 9 is do everything that I expect and the changes from 8 are right in line with what my investment int he upgrade was.

This is nice... a non-whiny thread.

I agree. The Radiance plug-ins have been an essential tool for me. Now that they are part of Vegas - great value added.

I totally agree.

A great NLE only got better. I think people in general are a bit overly sensitive to the bugs of a new release. I expected nothing any less. I also expect SCS will do as it has always done and correct those bugs in a timely fashion.

Vegas usage is on the rise... and rightfully so.... Poo Poo to those who think otherwise.
