Subject:Windows ME & Sound Forge 4.5

I cannot get either 4.5 Vanilla or 4.5 XP to run under
Windows ME. Both hang up about a millisecond into
execution with a message like:
"Unable to run file AVICAP32.DLL---look at it and fix it."

You gotta be kidding. I don't have the vaguest idea what I
need to do. All other programs that I had running under
Windows 95 load and execute in A1 shape, but I'm dead in
the water for Sound Forge.

Any ideas?
