i am not femiliar with acid that much, but from what i learned by listening to song samples acid samples do not come in differeent tones and that's why magix is better than acid! magix provides samples in different tones so you can create a melody from it! real music! in acid you just stretch the sample you have and you get a monotonius melody that repeats itself through the whole song and thats boaring! can someone aducate me on this? |

You can change the tuning of an event in acid pro by right clicking on it and taking the pitch shift option. I don't think any of the product line other than Acid Pro supports this though. Erich Gruber |

The latest Acid Style seems to have it. (I got it only recently, so I really haven't done anything with it, except to load up the demo songs and play around, but sure enough, the Pitch Shift is there.) |
