Subject:clicking on soundwave while playing

I have SF 9.0.

It use to be when the sound was playing I could click on the soundwave area and the sound would stop and the cursor would be where I clicked on the sound wave. Now when I click on the soundwave the sound will not stop.

Is there a setting someplace that has changed?
