Is it possible to save my Acid Project in MP3 format?

I might be missing something, but the save as menu does not
contain this option.

Really? That's weird. Have you tried to update ACID to the
latest version? (2.0d as of this post.)

Saving as an MP3 should be at the bottom of the drop-down
menu dialog when you use File>Save As on the menu bar.
