Subject:Cut/Paste Left/Right Channel -slight offset question

Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez!
I can't figure this out.
I just want to slightly lag the right channel behind the
left channel for a fuller sounding sound byte.
Separate channels don't happen in 4.5H?

Does any one know how to perform this seemingly impossible
simple request?

Make a single channel selection and use the Delay function.
