How do I Convert ACD files to MP3 files? If anyone knows

It depends on the version of ACID you have. If you are
using ACID 2.0 Pro then you can "Export" to mp3 right from
ACID.

If not, you need to "Mix to New Track" all you wave file to
one wave track then use a program like....CDex which you
can find at http://www.cdex.n3.net to convert your wav file
to mp3.
