Hi there

Im sure i knew how to do this, but how can i set up a screenshot and it become the default Acid start up template?

I want NO loops but all audio to default to one-shot (no beatmapping either) and track heights/sizes changed etc

Is there a quicl way to do this?

Also can I install my Acid Pro 7 on my Macbook Pro (bootcamp) or do i need to take off my old pc first?

Set up ACID the way you want, with an empty project. Save this as a new .acd file with a name like "acid-startup.acd" on your desktop or somewhere handy. Now to start ACID double-click that .acd file instead of the usual ACID icon. ACID starts up, loads that empty project with all your settings, and you're ready to go.

When you start a new project this way you should immediately Save As to a new file so that you aren't changing your template file. You might want to set the acid-startup.acd file to read only so that you don't accidentally overwrite it.

Yes, you can install ACID on as many PCs as you own, as long as you only use it on one of them at a time.

Thanks but I thought there was a simpler way than creating a new file??

Im sure i read on here that i could set it up how I wanted and did something in the preferences that enabled this to start up each time?

You can probably do it all via some advanced options, but the easiest, and quickest way I think is what chien... suggested. This is the way I do it, I have several 'template' saves for different types of project.
