Yes, this plug-in will run in Vegas Pro 9 and/or Sound Forge 9.

Be careful on this. Movie Studio (the most expensive version) also comes with Sound Forge Audio Studio but NOT the vocal eraser.

I would double check that the version available with Vegas Pro 9 DOES come with Vocal Eraser before jumping in.

Can we switch our upgrade offer if sound earser is NOT with Sound Forge--it we've already plunked down our credit numbers?

Vocal eraser is on the Sound Forge Audio Studio version that is being offered for free. The full version is Sound Forge 9 which does not ship with the plug-in but does have Sony Noise Reduction.
