Which one is the superior Audio production tool?

ACID or Vegas

If so why does Vegas have a more slimmer sleeker looking mixer? Better audio features?

I thought this was ACID territory?

Not sure what you mean by 'slimmer sleeker looking".

ACID Pro 7 and Vegas 8 (9) have the same Mix Console.
